Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to sell and deliver your purchase: your name, email address, and payment details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider through Hostinger's online store; we never see or store your full card number.

We use your email to deliver your download link, send your receipt, and answer support requests. If you separately opt in to emails, we may send occasional updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

This site may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand visits and purchases in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us.

Terms of Service

License. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the kit for your own officiating. You may print as many copies of the 4x6 game card as you need for your own games. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly.

Not an official rulebook. The kit is a practical game-management resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Little League, USA Softball, the NFHS, or any league or association. Rules and mechanics vary by organization — always follow your league's current rulebook and your umpire association's guidance.

No guarantee of outcomes. The scripts and checklists are guidance. You are responsible for your own decisions on the field and for following your league's procedures, including those for player safety, conduct, and ejections.

Digital delivery. This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After successful payment you receive a secure download link by email.

Refund Policy — 30-Day Game-Day Guarantee

If the kit doesn't help you feel more prepared on the field, email within 30 days of purchase with your order email, and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
